Bharat Future City, which covers over 30,000 acres, is intended to be a sustainable, multi-sectoral urban and industrial centre with areas set aside for manufacturing, artificial intelligence, education, healthcare, entertainment, and residential areas. The project emphasises a significant focus on renewable energy, green mobility, and climate-resilient infrastructure from the inception and is in line with Telangana's goal of being a $3 trillion economy by 2047.

As a sign of preparation for a time-bound execution plan, representatives from both parties have suggested creating a joint task force to oversee the project's implementation effectively. Numerous multinational corporations, such as Singapore-based Sembcorp and Japan's Marubeni, have already indicated interest in taking part, demonstrating the initiative's high level of international credibility.

In addition to showcasing global collaboration for sustainable urban development, this UAE-Telangana relationship is a major step towards putting India at the forefront of net-zero smart city innovation.
